NOVITAS FOUNDATION DELIVERS
23.5 Tons of Life-Saving Food to Disaster Victims
Novitas Foundation stepped in and delivered a 40-foot sea container loaded with 23.5 tons of nutritional children’s food, containing rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables, and a specially formulated vitamin blend that aids the immune system. The shelf-stable food was distributed to pediatric hospitals, where up to 570,000 meals were prepared and served to children in the impacted areas.
